Hi, I'm AYESHA

Anger is a normal and healthy emotion in the human experience.

It becomes toxic when suppressed.

It may explode in a volatile ways and burn others,

Or buried within us, along with it’s related states or passion, drive and vitality.

Aries’ ruler Mars will be retrograde beginning October 30 (turn on notifications so you don’t miss my post about it) bringing these themes up for 7 months so that we can explore and examine our relationship to anger, boundaries, and action.

Chiron is currently retrograde in Aries , helping us heal through the original wounding that prevents the healthiest expression of these fiery superpowers.

Full moons are time of cleansing and release

❤️‍🔥 What would releasing blocks to your healthiest expression of these themes mean to you?

❤️‍🔥 Did you grow up in an environment where anger and emotions were honoured and expressed in healthy ways?

❤️‍🔥 Or did you learn to repress your anger to stay safe / loved / accepted as a child?

❤️‍🔥 Do you repress your anger to make others more comfortable? (Full moon conjunct Chiron in Aries opposite Venus and sun in Libra… we desire peace but stifling our truth only creates the illusion of peace)

This self reflection can be super helpful,

But ultimately the work is not done in the mind, but through the body.

Some ideas to support the release process :::

❤️‍🔥 Put on music that helps you access that fierceness and “angry dance”. Don’t overthink it. Let your body take over. Punch, kick, stomp. Some music I go to for this: @aperfectcircle @toolmusic @rageagainstthemachine @eminem @courtneylove

❤️‍🔥 Punch a pillow / hit it with your forearms. Breathe and stay in your body. Keep a strong core and stable control of your movements, don’t hurt your self.

❤️‍🔥 Push palms against a wall with all your strength

❤️‍🔥 Scream into a pillow

These are normal self care practices for me.
